TBA21–Academy’s Ocean Space presents Riverberi Festival. Words, sounds and performances with the Lagoon, taking place from Friday 9 to Sunday, October 11, 2026.

This three-day gathering features performances, workshops, a citizens' assembly, screenings, and spaces for dialogue and exchange on regenerative processes, ecological activism, and political ecology, exploring the present, past, and future of the Venice Lagoon — bringing together artists, researchers, and the local human and more-than-human community.

The three-day program serves as both a showcase and a celebration of Ocean Space's 2026 season, marking the closing of the exhibition Tide of Returns, based on the artistic research of the Repatriates Collective, and of the initiative Nature Speaks. Listening for Rights of Nature in Venice and Europe, co-produced with the NICHE Centre for Environmental Humanities, Ca' Foscari University of Venice.

The festival offers an opportunity to wrap up certain projects, while also opening up new conversations around ongoing and future initiatives. The conversations and performances delve into TBA21–Academy’s universe, touching on past and ongoing projects, including The Current V, the first edition of the Tentacular Fellowship at Ocean Space, and the residency programs S+T+ARTS and Tidal Arts, offering a glimpse into Ocean Space's upcoming season, which will embrace the regenerative Zoöp model going forward.
