Learn with the Ocean
From higher education to primary schools, Ocean-Archive.org offers interdisciplinary materials connecting art, science, and critical ocean literacy.
Ocean-Archive.org presents a new toolkit for educators, a space designed to support bringing ocean literacy, creativity, and ecological awareness into the classroom.
Designed for educators ranging from primary school teachers to university faculty, this hub translates our long-term research into structured learning modules to accelerate critical Ocean literacy in the classroom. We invite learners of all ages to explore the Ocean as a living network and to inspire the care and action urgently needed to protect our water bodies.
"The latest science, from the IPCC or from the planetary boundaries framework, is unambiguous that ocean literacy, at scale, is absolutely essential if we are to seriously respond to climate change and to other serious environmental threats."
—Activist-academic, community builder, and system practitioner Abhayraj Naik, one of the contributors to the modules.
